At our first Investment Update of the year, what better time to review your investment portfolio and consider some of the opportunities currently available to you?
There is no guarantee of how wealth will be taxed in the future, especially as the government tries to claw back some of the cost of the Covid-19 pandemic. It is therefore wise to take full advantage of the existing allowances and reliefs while you can. Partner Stuart Faed will introduce our Wealth Management team stalwarts, Mark Harrison and Graeme Hyland, who will guide us through the main tax saving and investment options that are available up until 5 April, including ISAs, Pensions and Gifting.
Andrew Alexander will return with a summary of the financial markets. At the end of another calendar year and in view of rising inflation, booster roll-outs and the threat of new Covid variants, we look forward to his views on how the markets might behave in 2022.
