Continuing our ‘Meet the Team’ series, this week we’re introducing you to a member of our Client Support team, Lisa Godfrey.
We thought it’d be great to give you a little insight into all of our team members.
Lisa is a member of the client support team at Three Counties and has over 25 years of experience within the industry. Lisa is committed to ensuring that the clients of the company enjoy the best possible service and is always a friendly voice at the end of the phone.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys reading, visits to the theatre, spending time with family and friends and holidays abroad.
What is a typical day at Three Counties like for you?
Busy! My working day is very varied and involves a vast number of different tasks such as preparing packs and valuations for client meetings, dealing with client queries on the telephone, opening and scanning post, processing applications for life products, pensions and investments, following up on all current tasks to see them through to completion.
What is the most rewarding thing about your job?
The completion of some of the more complex tasks is always rewarding.
What is your passion outside of work?
I love spending time with my daughter Georgia, long walks with my little dog Max, cooking, reading and when restrictions allow, spending time with my family.
What’s one thing you’ve always wanted to do?
Visit New York!
What would your superpower be?
I would love to be able to read minds.
When you were young, what did you want to be when you were older?
Believe it or not, I always wanted to work in an office.
